At Connexus, we believe the local church is at its best when everyone’s engaged and contributing. That’s why we’re looking for a Production Director who’s more than just technically gifted—someone who’s a strong leader, team builder, and developer of people. In this role, you’ll be responsible for leading our Production Team across multiple campuses, with a primary focus on recruiting, equipping, and empowering volunteers. You’ll guide both the people and the systems behind our Sunday services, midweek events, and online environments— creating meaningful, distraction-free moments that help people connect with God.

• Technically proficient, with experience in environments using ProPresenter, cameras, lighting consoles, streaming gear, and audio systems.
• A hands-on leader who’s not afraid to jump in and model what great service looks like.
• Comfortable managing details, timelines, and gear across multiple locations.
• Someone who brings both structure and fun to the team culture.
• Post-secondary education in a related field is helpful, but your leadership and heart for the church matter more. 

Requirements

Responsibilities Include: 

• Provide leadership and direction for all production environments at Connexus. 
• Manage a multi-site production team (staff, volunteers, and summer students).
• Actively recruiting, training, and mentoring volunteers to serve in sound, lighting, video, camera operation, and streaming roles across campuses and scheduling and coordinating production volunteers across campuses.
• Participate in weekly planning and debrief meetings.
• Oversee all production systems and network infrastructure across campuses, ensuring quality and stability.
• Ensure ProPresenter files are accurate, complete, and tested for every location.
• Capture and edit Sunday messages for YouTube and online engagement.
• Provide technical support for rehearsals, team nights, and midweek ministry events.
• Make sure our equipment and systems stay up-to-date and functional (and dreaming about what’s next).
• Network with other production leaders in the Connexus Network and offer support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
