Company Overview
The Salvation Army Vancouver Community & Family Services (SAVCFS) is a local social service ministry unit of the Salvation Army in Canada which, in turn, is a part of the Salvation Army International.
The (SAVCFS) exists to meet the tangible needs of individuals and families with young children in the Vancouver and Burnaby areas who are facing serious life challenges such as poverty and mental and health care issues. In addition to basic need support services, it also provides social and capacity-building programs such as craft and interest groups for women, single mothers and individuals, anger management groups and individual counselling.
