Marshall Consultants,LLC, founded in 1967 by Larry Marshall, CEO, was the first executive search and management consulting firm to specialize in Public Relations, Corporate and Marketing Communications and Investor Relations. With its original headquarters in Manhattan for over 35 years, and western offices in Seattle and Los Angeles, as well as our current offices in San Francisco, CA & Ashland, OR, we are distinct from other PR-oriented specialized executive search firms in having in-depth bi-coastal office experience. We utilize the Internet and other new technologies to better serve our regional, domestic and global clients' needs.

For four decades, we've successfully represented more than half of the Fortune 500 corporations in virtually every industry, as well as regional and national nonprofit organizations. We've also represented emerging companies, most leading and growing public relations agencies, professional services and other communications services companies, associations and prestigious institutions. We commence each search utilizing our database with over 20,000 candidates (largest database of any PR-oriented specialized recruiting firm), many whom we've tracked and/or recruited over many years. We not only identify the most able candidates, most of whom are not actively in the job market, but partner with you to provide the most viable talent hiring options.

We recruit credentialed senior-level Public Relations, corporate and marketing communications, and investor relations professionals exclusively. We focus on a limited number of search projects in any quarter and only represent select clients who have engaged our services on a retainer fee basis. With an enviable 94% successful search completion rate, we are committed to serving each and every client who engages our services

With our primary focus on executive search, we also do Communications Management Consulting, including corporate communications audits on the cost effectiveness of public relations, corporate communications, advertising, and/or marketing programs, evaluation of corporate communications staff and PR agency selection, and assist in structuring corporate communications and investor relations departments.
